More than just an Urgent Care Center, Total MD is Florida’s first “Total Care Organization”, providing comprehensive care to our communities. Board-certified physicians deliver family medicine, urgent care, orthopedic surgery, neurology, occupational surgery, chiropractic medicine, physical therapy, laboratory testing, digital x-ray and high-field MRI. With patients being our top priority, Total MD has introduced surgical specialists and interventional pain providers to our group. The Total MD Orthopedics and Neurosurgery team is dedicated to helping patients suffering from joint, neck, and back pain improve the quality of their lives. Our Total MD Orthopedics and Neurosurgery staff is a multi-specialty group consisting of orthopedic surgeons, interventional pain specialists, medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, and rehabilitation specialists trained and experienced in assessing, treating and rehabilitating accident and injury victims. We are equipped to treat a wide variety of general orthopedic, spine and neurosurgical issues and provide a comprehensive array of surgical and non-surgical treatments. With five convenient locations serving South Florida, we are always available to meet each patient’s individual needs. I arrived at my appointment only to have the receptionist tell me they had tried to call me the day of the appointment, stating they had left a message when that “message” only consisted of people speaking in the background. They told me, the DAY OF my appointment, that I instead needed to do bloodwork first ON A DIFFERENT DATE and then had to schedule my physical two weeks out from whatever date I did the bloodwork. They wasted my time and had multiple days beforehand to call me to discuss this, yet chose to do so hours before. They had called me and left proper messages days prior to do a confirmation call, but couldn’t be bothered to tell me then that they needed bloodwork first? Now they scheduled an appointment for me without my consent, after I had already told them I will call them when and if I was ready to schedule. I didn’t get to meet with Natalie, the PA that I had chose prior, so I cannot review her. This is not a reflection of her performance, only the office staff.
