Dr. Sannoh's office is wonderful. All the staff is friendly and professional and Dr. Sannoh seems to be genuine and wants to actually help her patients. So glad I choose this office!!

Dr. Sannoh and her staff are fantastic! My experience with them has been great, and I’m happy to share that I’ve decided to make Dr. Sannoh my primary care physician. Since my first visit, I’ve had one additional appointment, and both times I’ve been impressed with the care and professionalism of the entire team. I highly recommend!!

Very pleasant staff. I did not know what to expect since this was my first visit, but I was very impressed with how they handled everything. I experienced a warm welcome, everyone was very polite and kind. The place is also very clean. Dr. Yetunde is a great listener and there is something about her presence that makes you feel very calm. She has very good communication skills and gives valuable advice.

I rarely ever feel heard when I go to see a doctor, they often write off my concerns but she was so personable and listened and understood right from the jump. It took me so long to find a PCP because I didn’t see the point but I’m so grateful for being able to find someone I feel comfortable with.

I was greeted properly and my questions were answered from front desk staff, medical staff and Dr. Sannoh. My wait time was minimal and Dr. Sannoh talked to me and not at me which is very important to me! She diagnosed my illness which was missed by ER. I am excited to continue my partnership with Dr. Sannoh to improve my health!

I had a second visit with Dr. Yetunde Sannoh and purposely waited until after seeing her again before writing a review. I wanted to ensure a level of consistency in her service and that is precisely what I experienced. I was totally impressed! I've been going to the same internal medicine doctor for over 20 years and was apprehensive about going to someone new. However, I'm glad I took the leap of faith. Dr. Sannoh is very knowledgeabl and patient. She doesn't rush me to explain the reason for my visit and shows a genuine concern for the well-being of her patients.

Dr. Sannoh was great, however here staff is not. There is no way for you to speak with someone directly, you have to leave a message and hope someone chooses to call you back. I was told by Dr. Sannoh a prescription will be sent, thus was on a Tuesday to the pharmacy, I returned to the office on the Wednesday to confirm the prescription was sent. Got ro the pharmacy and the prescription was never sent. Thursday, Friday called the office the staff said they will send the prescription. The prescription which is needed for my senior mother was never sent. No one from the has bothered to return my any of my calls. This is horrible as thus is people's health and well being and we we paid out of pocket. The staff is dishonest and incredibly unwill to do their jobs. I chose thus provider because of their reviews on Zocdo. Now, my parent doesn't have the medication they need and I may need to spend more money to see another doctor, this did not send the prescription.
