The physical therapists at Tririga Rehab are excellent. I have gone here for multiple PT needs, including my shoulder, elbow/arm, upper back and neck. This is not a cookie-cutter physical therapy practice. Their care is much more personal than other places I have been. One of the things I appreciate most is that they don’t just focus on the specific area that hurts. When appropriate, they evaluate how related areas, movement patterns, strength or other contributing factors may be affecting the problem and recovery. They look at the whole picture rather than treating everything in isolation. If the typical PT approach isn’t producing the desired results, they are also willing to explore additional evidence-based approaches and different therapy techniques that may help. They are very good at educating me about what I need to do on my own so I can continue making progress after PT is finished. Hands down, I highly recommend Tririga Rehab!
