I was treated quickly with only a 5 minute wait time, after arriving at 5:30pm after work. I felt heard by the staff as I explained my concerns and I was able to get a quick treatment. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I left feeling completely satisfied.

Very professional and super friendly. Had to wait a little longer than expected but it wasn’t a problem. The staff was able to get my prescription filled at a nearby 24 hr pharmacy and had it expedited so it was easy to get filled. I appreciate the advice and help they provided.

Both the nurse that i saw and the doctor were very good. The doctor did a good job of assessing the situation and made some suggetions about how i could avoid certain complications in he future and it mae sense to me. this had nothing to do with the care, but i am new to the area so when i made the appointment i asked about available parking and someone in billing told me there was a a parking garage right next door. Well there is but it does not have an elevatior to the street ( i ended up on another street) there because there is an entrance, but the entrance is a steep ramp and having mobility issues i cannot navigate a ramp, so i had to work my way around and was 15 minutes late to the appointment. That was irritating.

I honestly don’t know why I even went. After waiting for hours, they sent me and my son home with fevers and confirmed flu, and did absolutely nothing for us. What a complete waste of time, money, and effort. We waited all that time just to leave without any real help or treatment. Absolutely unacceptable. Thanks for nothing.
