Pretty good throughout. They listened to me and my breathing. Unfortunately, the doctor either didn't know or didn't... care? But they recommended something not covered by my insurance. AND it had to be delivered the day after--which is the pharmacy's issue, but why did they not get a notice or make a notice to get some delivered IF the pharmacy didn't have it? The communication seems insufficient there... Also, the uncovered medicine was a few hundred and was a shock to buy. Luckily I had the money, but if I hadn't, I imagine my sickness would've taken an extra week instead of just 4 days...

I've had the greatest experiences with this doctor! He truly knows how to handle patients and is incredibly professional. His understanding and care make him stand out as a real doctor. I would definitely go back for further appointments because I feel well taken care of and valued as a patient.
Mind you it’s my 2nd time going back to the same doctor as a short note he’s highly recommended.

"I had an outstanding experience! The staff was welcoming, well-informed, and highly professional. The nurse practitioner dedicated his time to explain everything in detail, which put me at ease. The PA Michael Britton was very competent and empathic and helpful. He properly diagnosed my medical issue in just a few minutes and showed me how to treat it. The last urgent care clinic I went to was unable to do either. This will definitely be my go to place in the future.

Took a very long time to see me even though I had an appointment. They did not follow through with what they said they would do, therefore I still needed to make another appointment elsewhere. Waste of time and copay
