The nurse practitioner we seen was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, explained everything very well highly recommend her!! The other staff was an amazing they all make you feel welcome and comfortable!!! Great office! Kudos to the whole staff!!

The office did not respect that I had booked my time and arrived on time. The facility was over crowded. You could hear the receptionist ask ppl what are their symptoms which was not ethical and seen young ppl embarrassed by stating their symptoms. The office was unprofessional.

I would definitely go back to the Health Care Center where I was. I have been there and they took great care of me then. But won't use zocdoc anymore. I asked to go to a dermatologist and wasn't sent to one.

Had set up on line appointment but still had to wait with only one other person in waiting room .. had nose swabbed & she said would be back in 10 minutes with results .. 30 plus minutes later had to open door of exam room to ask for assistance .. this time a man came in & said I tested negative for flu & covid .. did not test for RSV .. very poor staff assistance .. not helpful or courteous

Despite the fact that I had made an appointment beforehand, and despite the fact that I arrived 15 minutes early, I was placed on a list that included walk_ins, who were taken before me. I waited 1 and hours . Once seen, I was treated very nicely by a professional staff. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could for my condition and suggested I go to the emergency room. I don't know why you take appointments if they are not honored.

The assistant was very nice, the PA was knowledgeable and both were kind. I would definitely refer folks to their office and I would return if needed.
