It's very easy to feel consumed and trampled by life. Yet here you are, ready to feel in control. Finding the right therapist is a daunting task and I'm here to make it as easy as possible. I believe client motivation and a strong client-therapist bond is essential to handling life's challenges. My experience and education allows me the privilege to aid my clients in a wide range of issues such as: anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or anger management. You can expect me to help by teaching you skills for a variety of mental health issues or lend a nonjudgmental ear.
With years of experience working with people who are encountering trauma for the first time, I work alongside my clients to create a safe, non-judgmental space where they can explore their feelings and experiences. Together, we'll build coping skills, process emotions, and gently work through what might feel like insurmountable obstacles.
I believe in working at your pace, allowing you to heal in a way that feels authentic and empowering to you. My goal is to support you in rediscovering your strength and resilience, helping you reclaim your sense of peace and control. You don’t have to go through this alone.
