Most relevant

I was scheduled and received reminders both through email and text reminding me of the appointment but then there was nobody there. When I called the girl told me that my appointment wasn't for another 6 days. So she scheduled my for later that same day but that was just a mess and I never got to see him. He did call a few hours later but I was done with him and already filing out forms for a new provider.

Dr. Billy was on vacation and is going to be gone till the end of August, so no never showed up to our video visit! I was never contacted by the office and I even replied confirm to all messages to their office through email and text. Unacceptable.
