Virtual Mind Wellness is an outpatient mental health and substance abuse practice that truly supports mind wellness. We take a personalized, whole-person approach to support those we serve, knowing that no two patients are exactly the same.
While some of our patients are stable on medications, other clients improve with individualized treatment plans that target exercise, dietary changes, or supplementation. Some clients also improve with just medical education and psychotherapy. Our objective is not only to obtain stability, but to maintain true mind wellness.
Whether you are seeking care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, or a variety of other conditions, we are here to help. Even if you don't know what help is needed but you just feel “off,” our providers can assist in navigating the path to wellness.
With our Telehealth services, we increase accessibility to quality mental health care throughout the state of Arizona. No matter your zip code, you can have the support you need right in the comfort of your own home.

Sandy, Kudos 2 u I must start w/ I am a very high maintenance patient, questions, tries to help direct my care & Sandy never seems bothered. I started off with Dr.Ray who is great so I wasn’t really sure what to expect being I had come to ?? the rapport I had with Dr.Ray & not wanting to start over with anyone new. But I’m glad that I have had the pleasure of working with both. Sandy is great & a true additon. Our appt’s go Just as seamless as before. Where both have their own style the destination is truly the same leaving that appointment with a clear guide to my care, all questions answered follow up visit planned, RX entered and next steps clear as day. It’s hard to find a “TEAM” where no matter who you see you get the same great care, your not just a # but you know your heard. So if you have yet 2 exp. the honor of a Sandy appt ask if you 2 can witness the latest most patient, personable, & caring individual added to the Virtual Fam & I do mean family. (Hd 2 squeez all in)

I had a very thorough and positive experience with Dr. Hamilton. Our appointment was well organized, unhurried, and thoughtfully structured. He has an excellent bedside manner; calm, respectful, and genuinely attentive, while also keeping the visit focused and productive.
He carefully reviewed my medication history, asked insightful questions, and took the time to explain his recommendations clearly and thoughtfully. Any adjustments were explained in a way that made complete sense, which helped me feel confident and supported in the plan moving forward.
What stood out most was the lack of judgment and the level of care he showed. He was professional but approachable, knowledgeable without being dismissive, and made me feel truly heard. I left the appointment feeling relieved, informed, and optimistic. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Hamilton and feel very comfortable continuing care with him.
