Listen everybody I’m 64 years old and I was sick at a very young age so I’ve dealt with a lot of different doctors caretakers nurses etc. we call him Mr. Mike the nurse practitioner at Valley medical in Waldwick, NJ-he is not just a caring and knowledgeable practitioner but he just knows how to relay information to you. He can adapt to everyone’s personality and needs and he is truly a blessed soul because he helps me every time I need him -And always with a smile and it helps me feel better— he’s just a great human being and caretaker for me and I think he would be for many people because he can adapt to everyone’s personality and needs appropriately and make g to hem better.

Another great experience.
I've been a patient for over 25 years, and this visit reminded me why I keep coming back. From the kiosk check-in to follow-up, everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
The intake nurse was thorough, she made sure she understood my concerns before I saw the provider. The NP was excellent - she listened carefully, did an exam, clearly explained her impressions, and provided a path forward.
I needed X-rays and blood work, and the office accommodated both during my visit - no need to schedule separate appointments. When the results came back, the NP followed up with me promptly to review the finding.
Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the clinical staff, was professional, courteous, and made me feel confident that they were addressing my issue.

I find this group in Waldwick to be knowledgeable, caring and helpful. Was very happy they had X-ray/imaging in their office location. I also appreciated the call back the next day from the health care provider (APN, FNP-BC G.Kojak) to confirm the radiologist interpreted results and to review follow up care.
