Welch Psychiatric Group PLLC

Welch Psychiatric Group provides personalized outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults through secure telehealth throughout Colorado. For more availability and up to date appointment times, please visit our website at welchpsychiatricgroup.com/appointments Our approach is grounded in understanding the whole person—not simply treating symptoms in isolation. Care begins with a comprehensive, 60-minute psychiatric evaluation exploring your concerns, medical and psychiatric history, daily functioning, previous treatment, and personal goals. From there, we develop an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan collaboratively with you. Areas of care include: - Anxiety & Depression — Evaluation and treatment of persistent worry, panic, low mood, loss of interest, and related symptoms. - ADHD & Attention Concerns — Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and individualized treatment for attention, impulsivity, organization, and executive-function concerns. - Women's Mental Health — Thoughtful psychiatric care for mental health concerns occurring during pregnancy, the postpartum period, and other reproductive and life-stage transitions. - Trauma, Mood & Sleep Concerns — Evaluation and treatment of trauma-related symptoms, mood changes, emotional regulation concerns, and sleep difficulties. When medication is appropriate, treatment decisions are thoughtful, evidence-based, and collaborative. We view medication as an intentional tool—not an automatic response. Patients are encouraged to understand their options, ask questions, and take an active role in their care. Flexible daytime and evening telehealth appointments are available. Understanding the Why. Finding the Way Forward.
