I'm Dr. Mary Asiedu, DNP, PMHNP-BC — a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and advanced training from New York University. specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and the kind of burnout that doesn't show up until you finally sit still. My patients are professionals, caregivers, and adults navigating high demands with limited room to fall apart. I help them get clear answers, the right diagnosis, and a treatment plan that actually fits their life.

New patient appointments require a confirmation response within 24 hours of booking AND completion of your Headway account setup before our first session.
After you book, you will receive a message from me with full instructions. If I do not hear back within 24 hours, or if your Headway setup is not completed by the deadline I share, your appointment will be cancelled and the time slot released. No exceptions.
This policy keeps my schedule predictable and protects appointment access for all patients. Please only book if you are able to respond promptly.

My care is structured, collaborative, and evidence-based. Visits are medication-focused but never rushed — I take time to make sure you understand your diagnosis, your options, and what comes next. I value continuity, clarity, and treating you like the expert on your own life.
Who I Work Best With
Adults who want to be active participants in their care — asking questions, sharing what's working, and following through between visits. Telehealth only.
