I was able to schedule an appointment with ease. The wait was less than ten minutes. I saw a NP, and she was very thorough with her questions to find out what I needed to feel better.

The wait time is bad- there is only one provider for urgent care and they don’t take “appointments” they call them
“Reservations”. There is no preference for those who call ahead and request an appointment. “Appointment” is the word used on the website. I waited almost 3 hours to be seen. Very frustrating.

They took me back in less than 5 minutes and saw the Dr right after I was triaged
The Dr gave me a brief physical and promptly told me if her plans for my back spasms.
They were all very nice. Great experience!
