It was my first visit to this office and honestly I felt so comfortable asking questions and she had an answer for every. single. one. She’s so informed!!
Dr. Amy was so incredibly professional and gave me advice on how to handle changes as I get older and strongly advocating to get the HPV vaccine to have better protection. Y’all need to BOOK WITH HER NOW!!!

FEW friendly staff and I got left off after seeing the doctor. I have no idea where should I go or what is next!? I walked out and waited at the front for a while because NO ONE sitting at the front desk. I then walked to the lady at the back that busy scrolling through her phone and asked if I had to do anything else. She said I can go without checking on any of my information. Also asked me about the services before I left. I said everything’s good but do you know what? “I lied” Everything sucks!
Not recommended.

They had the wrong appointment type when I signed in, front desk didn't seem friendly or the nurse who took me back, was seen almost 20 minutes after my appointment, the doctor talked more than I did and when she brushed my concerns off as anxiety I was completely over the appointment. I've been to this practice for almost 20 years and I will not be returning, it's bad enough my main provider left and they neglected to tell me. Overall appointment was horrible

My whole experience with this doctor Levav was amazed. She listened to what I needed to say and gave feedbacks. She was so professional and nice. The only issue I had was unfriendly front desk staff. I arrived at 2:18 for my 2:30 appointment which they recommended 15 minutes early. I was waiting until 2:50pm and I asked the front desk lady ( I didn't see or remember her name) if ny doctor was available or aware that I was here. She responded everything I asked with just one answer YES and with her unfriendly attitude. She said you came early and we would have let you know if you were not on our appointment list, so you can have a seat. Please train your front desk staffs better. Everything and every one else was so nice
