Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make the process feel welcoming, collaborative, and supportive from the very first session. I provide virtual therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and life transitions. Together, we'll work to better understand what's contributing to your challenges while building practical tools to help you feel more confident, resilient, and connected.
I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), while tailoring treatment to your individual needs and goals. Whether you're working through past experiences, managing everyday stress, or seeking personal growth, I'll meet you where you are with compassion, respect, and a nonjudgmental approach. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, supported, and empowered to move forward.
