Dr. Kiruma was amazing! I had seen a different provider at Zak the year prior but I could tell she read my profile/chart before I came in and was aware of my medical history, which was nice. Answered all of my questions and was very informative/eased my hesitancies. The whole team was great!

Dr. Kimura was able to see me on a Sunday for a worsening eye issue.
Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kimura obtained a detailed history of my chief complaint; did a very thorough physical exam. She made sure I was doing well during the procedure. She explained her findings, listened to my concerns and explained why I had those eye symptoms. She explained the medicines; why I need them and explained well the instructions. I will be in town for another week, and Dr. Kimura instructed I can call her back, or she can re-check me if needed. Check-out was smooth like the check-in. Dr. Kimura and her two front staff took care of me like family. It means a lot for someone who is visiting town. I give them my highest recommendation. Thank you very much Dr. Kimura and your staff.

I love this place! The doctor is so nice and welcoming, and remembered my history from the last time I saw her a year ago. Great bedside manner, sweet, welcoming, and knowledgable. I fully trusted her to provide me all the information I needed to know about my eye health!
Optometry staff was also great, friendly, and did not pressure me to buy from their store or use high pressure sales tactics (despite me eying the most expensive sunglasses in the shop).
10/10 would recommend.

The doctor was absolutely phenomenal. She took time to listen to me, and to my concerns about my far vision changing. she discovered that I had been given a lower prescription to compensate for the adjustment between far and close vision so instead of continuing to give me a prescription that wasn’t working for me from a previous doctor… She finally fixed it. This is the first time I feel like I’ve seen in last five years.!!!! I will never go to anyone else. She is brilliant. Not only did she fix my fire vision she gave me a bifocal lens that is one of the newest on the market and I have never seen better far or close.!!!! 10 stars

Dr. Kimura was fabulous, I cannot say more good things about her. I was seen right away at the office and she took the time to explain everything to me through out the appointment.
They use the latest technology so the appointment was very efficient but I never felt rushed.
They had a great selection of glasses that I was able to choose from after my appointment and the staff helping me choose my glasses was also amazing. I tried on as many pairs as I wanted and they made sure I got the most out of my insurance.
Do yourself a favor and got visit Dr. Kimura and the team at Zak.
