I've been seeing Tony for a couple years now and would recommend his services without reservation. Tony is really dynamic as a mental health counselor. He has a way of asking questions and getting to the heart of what is going on while making you feel heard and seen for what you're going through. He brings in a lot of different experiences to figure out how to best help you and is really impressive in how he can figure out how to maneuver on the fly in each session based on what you're dealing with to assess, analyze, recommend, educate, and bring in examples and analogies to help you truly understand what it is he's communicating.

I've been seeing Tony for therapy for many years now. He's well versed in both the scientific practices of psychotherapy and the spiritual side of counseling from a Christian perspective. Either way, he provides many practical ways to help. He truly cares about you as a patient and it shows. I could probably sit here for hours writing more about all the ways he has helped me through out the years but I'll just say that I highly, highly recommend him as a professional mental health counselor! 10/10.
