Abby offers a unique blend of therapeutic techniques and theories to customize each client's care in order to help them reach their maximum potential. She wants to help each person take back their power from experiences that have made them feel out of control and return them to the life they want to live. In order to customize your care, Abby draws from evidence-based techniques of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Choice Theory, and Narrative Therapy. She is particularly passionate about helping her clients see hopeful possibilities and choices that will help them move out of painful histories of shame, victimhood, and despair, and into a life where they feel empowered.
Outside of work, Abby enjoys crocheting, baking, board games, and her kittens.
