Really great at showing how to do the correct exercises or stretches by doing it themselves first. Really great atmosphere overall and everyone seemed like they were really enjoying their job! I'll definitely come back.

More about Dr. Adam Reece, DPT, OCS

Although originally from the beaches of the Florida Panhandle, I am a Pacific Northwest convert. When I'm not helping patients get their groove back in the clinic, I am itching to get outside with my wife, two kiddos, and two 4-legged kiddos to explore some facet of the Northwest and take in the beauty of each season: lake swimming in the summer, bicycle touring in the fall, cross-country skiing in the winter, and alpine hiking in the spring. I am inspired by the Scandinavian philosophy of ?Friluftsliv,? which translates as ?Free-Air-Life? and reflects the attitude of embracing each season with the mantra, ?there is no bad weather, only bad clothes.? That said, I am still very much a beach boy at heart and definitely look for opportunities year-round to have family time in the sun and surf the beaches of SoCal or snorkel the emerald waters of Florida's Gulf Coast. Thanks for taking the time to read a little about me, and I look forward to learning more about you. 'Til then, Friluftsliv and Hang Ten. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University, which has shaped my approach to patient care. Personal Quote: The quote, ?You are what you train,? is a personal favorite of mine. It captures the simple yet profound notion that sustained or repeated postures may lead to tissue stress and ultimately pain, mobility restrictions, and muscle performance deficits. My approach to helping patients achieve their goals is to efficiently identify relevant static or dynamic postures that may be contributing to their symptoms and effectively address those faults with targeted interventions that progressively restore the patient's normal function.

Adam is in a league of his own. Been to a lot of PT in my years on the planet, this group is the best!

Did not feel welcomed as a woman of color. Was rudely greeted at the door and there was no attempt to make me feel welcomed. Office/gym set up was small and lacked privacy and the doctor seemed impersonal but in his defense, I didn’t stay long enough to find out. I was so uncomfortable by how I was greeted at the door(as if I didn’t have an appointment and that the secretary didn’t want to be bothered with me) that I made the decision to leave before engaging in my appointment.
Really great at showing how to do the correct exercises or stretches by doing it themselves first. Really great atmosphere overall and everyone seemed like they were really enjoying their job! I'll definitely come back.
