This therapist listened carefully and thoughtfully. She asked important questions in order to get me to think outside of my current t way of thinking and then I felt as though we had accomplished so much after just one session. There are many therapists out there but Alexandria Sones is one that I continue to use for myself and for my extended family. She is professional and she gives practical suggestions while asking just the right questions to get to the core.

Originally from Kentucky, I obtained my Masters of Science in Social Work with a Specialization in Drug and Alcohol Counseling from the University of Louisville. I have worked with a broad population of clients for over 7 years and my passion for helping others grows daily!
My philosophy is solution-focused as I believe you may already have the skills to create change in your life, simply require assistance in identifying and developing those skills. Alexandria was very attentive, thoughtful, and intuitive. She has always made me feel like I was not alone and I was heard. i switched to Alexandria from another therapist who i had an awkward session with. I was dreading starting again with someone new. i med Alexandria and she was super easy to talk to and she listened. i felt heard by her. I would 100% recommend Alexandria.

I’ve only had a few sessions with Alexandria and my life seems to have already done a complete 180. She listens - I mean REALLY listens to you. I feel like I’ve known her for years and feel comfortable telling her anything. She’s helping me through some rough patches in life but just talking through it with her makes a world of difference. 10/10. She’s a game changer.
