Hi! I'm Alisa! I'm a Norwalk High School graduate (class of 2005) and recently graduated from La' James Massage Therapy. I currently live in Urbandale with my husband and our two kids-one in high school and one about to be-which means life is always busy and full of activities. I discovered my love for massage therapy after receiving massages myself and experiencing how much they improved my everyday life. That "aha" moment inspired me to pursue a career where I get to help others relax, feel better, and enjoy a little extra self-care. I truly love helping people feel good-sometimes the best part of someone's day starts right on the massage table!
