All of us have some hard and difficult times in life and we need some help. Although this can be humbling; it usually pays off in the end. I am a very flexible and laid back person and am here to help you with whatever it is you are struggling with. I have worked in the mental health and substance abuse field for 20+ years. I have many areas that I specialize in. I utilize a variety of different techniques in my therapy sessions including cognitive behavioral strategies; mindfulness; STEPPS training; journaling; reading; and additional items to work on in between sessions if desired.
