I’m a native of New Hampshire and obtained my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Husson University in Maine. I’ve always been passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love.
Outside of the clinic, I spend a lot of time around the volleyball court—both playing and coaching. That experience has given me a solid understanding of how the body moves in sport and how to keep athletes healthy and performing at their best.
I like to be hands-on and practical in my approach to care. I meet people at their level and work with them to build a plan that fits their goals. Whether you’re returning to your sport, rehabbing an injury, or just looking to move through daily life more comfortably, I’m here to help.
