Reaching out for help takes courage and is the first step toward facilitating change. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 15 years experience in the field of mental health and if you’re ready to embrace change, rest assured that I’m here to support you every step of the way.
My professional training began at the University of Florida (GO GATORS!) where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I continued my education at Nova Southeastern University earning a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling.
I’ve gained experience working with clients battling substance abuse, diagnosed with psychosis, schizophrenia, and those struggling with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. I’ve served clients by providing individual, group and family therapy in psychiatric hospitals, inpatient and outpatient clinics, and private practice settings.
