Hello;My name is Anna and I have been counseling for 20 years last March. My objective as a counselor is to assist my clients to live a more balanced life. This is done by reducing your issues. I do this by using Person-Centered Therapy and using tools and techniques from several other therapies. With Person-Centered we know that the client knows what their issues are and they have even tried to reduce them alone. As a therapist I am objective; empathic and professional. I have designed my schedule to be flexible for my Clients.
