There ended up being a mistake with my insurance and the doctor I scheduled to see could no longer see me because of this. She was so kind and even offered to help me find a new provider. She called me before my appointment to let me know and apologize instead of charging me out of pocket. Although I didn’t see her I would recommend her just based on that experience alone.
