Antonio holds a professional degree in Physical Therapy from Howard University in Washington, D.C., Master’s in Business Administration from Cornell University and is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Arcadia University. He has over 20 years of professional experience in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. In addition, Antonio is certified in Health Care Corporate Compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). He began his career at various outpatient orthopedic clinics in Washington, D.C. where he spent six years acquiring and refining his Orthopedic and manual skills and learning from seasoned Physical Therapists. Antonio has spent his entire professional career specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine. Antonio utilizes a combined biomechanical/muscle imbalance approach to evaluate the patient’s musculoskeletal system and movement patterns. He employs an array of exercises, including Clinical Pilates, and manual techniques to assist patients to restore muscle balance and joint symmetry, thereby decreasing pain and restoring function. A former collegiate athlete, Antonio exercises regularly and has an intimate knowledge of the mechanics of rehabilitation exercises, and functional and sport specific activities.
