I am extremely satisfied with the results. From the moment I stepped into Ariel's clinic, I experienced prompt service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Ariel's exceptional bedside manner and professionalism were apparent from the start. Not only did Ariel listen attentively to my concerns, but they also conducted a thorough assessment to identify the root cause of my problems. Their expertise and knowledge were evident as they quickly pinpointed the underlying issues.
What truly sets Ariel apart is their ability to provide tailored exercises that precisely targeted my specific needs. The exercises recommended by Ariel were highly effective, and I could feel the progress as I diligently followed their instructions. Thanks to Ariel's guidance, I was able to regain strength and mobility, allowing me to resume weightlifting and running, which I thought I might never be able to do again.
I wholeheartedly recommend Ariel as a physical therapist.

Dr. Osharenko has helped me return to competitive athletic competition time and time again. He's very knowledgeable and hands on. He performs treatment, personally guides each recommend exercise and provides steps needed to speed recovery. As an athlete, I've suffered many injuries that required physio therapy. Hence, I've seen multiple physios in the past. I can say without a shadow of doubt that Dr. Osharenko stands alone as the most effective therapist I've seen. I now skip all physios and go directly to Dr. Osharenko when I suffer an injury. I highly recommend the services of Dr. Osharenko.

Ariel is an amazing PT. He takes the time to understand the cause of your injury and treat it so you can return to life and sports better than before. It’s easy to see why so many professional athletes go to him.

Excellent! Ariel is skilled, knowledgeable and thoughtful in his approach. As an athlete himself, he’ll not only aid in rehab, he’ll have you back on your feet moving again. I always found PTs and sports MDs to be out of touch but working with him has been a delight. Can’t recommend him enough.

Probably one of the best sports and rehabilitation PTs you’ll find in the whole NYC area. Specializes in many different techniques including the soft tissue mobilization treatment that was highly efficient for getting me back to training after my painful ankle injury. Highly recommend as a professional and just a great person that will give you his best effort to get you where you need to be.

I met with Ariel to address my persistent runners knee. He took a more comprehensive approach than prior docs I had met with and was the first one where it didn't feel like he was rushing the process. He ultimately gave me a set of exercises and then did a few follow ups and adjusted the routine based on progress. I went from not being able to run for 2 months to back on my feet do long distance runs within a matter of weeks. Amazing!

Being an athelete I trust very few with doing any manuel manipulation on my body being that ive been to several physical therapists in the past that havent been so great. With Coach Ariel its much different because he is an athlete himself and has a great background in fitness along with being a physical therapist. So if your an athelete or a regular person I strongly recommend doing regular appointments.

Probably one of the most knowledgeable people I know and loved working with Ariel! I honestly can’t see myself wanting to work with anyone else.

It's been an incredible experience doing PT with Ariel. 10/10 would highly recommend him. I began seeing him after a spinal/neck surgery (ACDF). I could immediately tell how professional he was. He gives 100% attention to each of his clients. Whether a pro athlete or average Joe with a work injury, he approaches every person with the same amount of detail and care. On top of the hands-on Physical Therapy, he created a tailored workout plan for me, and updates it accordingly to my progress. He's a great guy, super friendly and easy to work with. Do it.

I had tennis elbow. I visited doctors and physical therapist for years. No one helped! Pain persisted. Until I was recommended to Ariel. He was professional and caring. Within few months of hard work pain was almost completely gone. Strongly recommend!

10/10! It’s called on point physical therapy for a reason. I’ve worked with Ariel for a few months now, and can’t thank him enough for overcoming pains in the back, leg, and arm ????. Very understanding and amazing work!

I was hesitant first that this is not what I needed, but Ariel could not have been more dedicated, effective and helpful. Tremendously helpful with lower back recovery and ongoing treatment.

Ariel is professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I was 5 months post op acl revision surgery when I came to see him. He was methodical with our approach, we hit all important pieces of rehab every session (joint manipulation, stretching, agility, and strength). I was able to improve my strength, mobility, and most importantly, knowledge of my body and how to continue to improve after our sessions. After 2 months of consistent work he’s helped me get back to playing again.

Ariel is by far the best physical therapist I have been to. His knowledge on different techniques and exercises helped me tremendously with my knee and hamstring pain as a basketball player. He also has great attention to detail and is a great person I would highly recommend him if you are struggling with an injury as an athlete or any everyday person.

Ariel is a physical therapist in a class of his own. His extensive knowledge and abilities provide for a professional experience that stand alone. I had an injury for many years that did not respond to prior physical therapy treatment until I met Ariel. He quickly diagnosed my problem and had me feeling great in no time. I highly recommend him!!!
