I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor. I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. The field of psychology and the study of our minds and behaviors has always been my passion. My approach in therapy is to offer a collaborative and supportive experience while working towards developing skills; self-awareness; and tools to navigate the journey. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy but I also tailor my work to the needs of my clients. I offer individual therapy for adults experiencing a range of issues including adjustment disorders; depression and anxiety.
