Audrey earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from High Point University, where she built a strong foundation in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Her final clinical rotation with True Sports Physical Therapy allowed her to work closely with high school and collegiate athletes across a wide range of injuries, from immediate post-operative care to return-to-play protocols. Audrey has developed a strong interest in treating lower extremity and low back injuries, and she is especially passionate about injury prevention. Her goal is to keep athletes healthy, active, and consistently performing at their best by combining evidence-based rehab with proactive care strategies. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is committed to continued growth as a clinician.
