Getting to know Bernice Martinez
Hi there, I'm Bernice!
Sometimes difficult moments leave us feeling stressed, depressed, anxious, angry, and at times, all of those emotions at once. But you do not have to face these challenge alone. Through therapeutic support and guidance, these same challenges can be approached as opportunities for growth and positive change.
My focus
My practice offers evidence-based treatments for depression, anxiety, behavior modification, adjustment/life transitions, and bereavement.
My approach
As a therapist, my job is to be a collaborative partner with you, and provide a safe and non-judgmental environment.
My communication style
I believe in open, honest, and collaborative communication. I prioritize creating a safe, non judgmental space where you can share openly and feel heard.
My goals for you
My goal is to build a supportive therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable, respected, and empowered to explore your challenges and work toward your goal at a pace that feels right for you.
Our first session
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy.
