Many couples come to see me when facing stress in their relationship, whether from parenting, after an affair, when considering a divorce, or simply because they feel disconnected. In counseling, I can help you create a more meaningful relationship with yourself and each other. You can repair your relationship, rebuild trust, regain intimacy, and learn to communicate better than ever.
I am a licensed educator in New York and Connecticut, a Reiki Master Teacher, and a domestic violence and sexual assault counselor and advocate.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the State of Connecticut and the State of New York, with a Masters in Counseling from Western Connecticut State University and a Masters in Education from SUNY Albany.
