He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Marymount University and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Towson University. As a Physical Therapist he has worked with athletes of all ages from youth sports to professional and Olympic athletes. Dr. Boris treated professional soccer players and has been coaching competitive swimming for the past 19 years. Dr. Boris is committed to provide each patient with the treatment plan that best suits them which will allow them to overcome their physical barriers and help them transition from injury to recovery by providing hands on quality treatment. He uses most up to date evidence-based practice to relieve pain, restore function, and enhance patient’s quality of life.
Dr. Boris is COMT (Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist) and CDNT (Certified Dry Needling Therapist). He has been performing dry needling for muscle, joint, and nerve pain since 2015. He has also received extensive training in joint mobilizations and manipulations, soft tissue mobilizations, and is Certified Clinical Instructor. Aside from patient care, Dr. Boris plays competitive water polo and regularly enjoys weightlifting.
