Boris Vorik, PT, DPT received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The Graduate Center of The City University of New York. He excelled in the classroom, clinic and lab and was awarded Highest Academic Honors for his outstanding educational performance.
Boris has practiced in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, acute care, home-care and neurological with a particular interest in vestibular/balance rehabilitation. While at the Graduate Center, he participated in research projects, one of which, 'The Relationship Between Range of Movement, Flexibility, and Balance in the Elderly’ has been published in the Topics in Geriatric Rehabilitation journal.
Since joining Back to Health Physical & Occupational Therapy, Boris has had an opportunity to apply his methodology and knowledge to directly address impairments, enabling a faster recovery while emphasizing patient education and prevention strategies.
In his free time, Boris enjoys traveling and living a well-balanced healthy life.

Boris himself clearly knows what he's doing. Him and his colleagues were friendly and helpful. However the receptionist doesn't speak very good English and is extremely rude. Their number on Zocdoc is not the right number for them FYI.

One week ago I didn't know that I would just sign up for a PT evaluation, be seen two days later, and discover some help that I didn't ever know I needed! I thought my migrains were coming from my head, but it turns out it was my uncorrected posture at work! Come here, give Dr. Vorik a chance, the results are near magical.

Boris is a very kind, generous, and knowledgable physical therapist. I have never felt this comfortable with anyone manipulating my body to improve my mobility and Boris has done a great job. He is very encouraging and makes me keep, going and improving on my own. 10/10 recommend to anyone in need of Physical therapy.

Dr. Vorik is a miracle worker. He is sweet & caring & took extra time to evaluate my issues. I came in with persistent headaches resulting from neck & trap pain/tension. After just one session, my headaches were gone! I would recommend him to anyone looking for amazing service and care!

The staff at back To Health and especially Dr. Vosik were all fantastic. They accomodated all of my needs and had me up and running back to normal after my brutal ACL reconstruction. Dr. Vorik is a true specialist and very accomodative.

I have been suffering from frozen shoulder for over 3 months. After the first visit with Dr. Boris Vorik, I immediately gained over 10 degrees of Range in my joint. The office was clean, staff was professional, and I continue to look forward to my PT visits.

Dr. Boris Vorik has hands of gold! I've been suffering from back pain for many years due to my job which requires me sitting all day. With his impressive manual techniques, exercises, and stretches I am now pain free. I highly reccommend Boris and the super friendly staff at Back to Health.
