Center Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy has been a very positive experience and has the best therapists for recovery/rehabilitation. All of the staff are professional, friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. Brian (my therapist) is very knowledgeable, resourceful and patient. Brian individualizes the physical therapy session based upon recent physical activities and my health that day. Brian builds confidence during the physical therapy sessions which motivate me and help me to work hard. Brian has developed a physical therapy plan for my successful total knee surgery recovery.

More about Brian Williams, PT
Brian T. Williams, M.S., P.T. graduated from Boston University’s Masters Program in Physical Therapy in 1992. He grew up in the Morningside area of Milford and has lived in town for over 46 years. He opened Center Rehab in 1999 with the important goal of providing high quality, patient-focused therapy services for Milford and the surrounding area. The practice has grown and remained strongly invested in the community. Center Rehab is operated fundamentally different than other area practices.
Brian has worked extensively in the acute-care hospital setting as well as outpatient sports and orthopaedic therapy settings. Working with weekend athletes, elite athletes and household athletes, he has been able to bring the best of his experience to many different people to solve their problems. He regularly attends seminars and conferences to remain up to date with the latests innovations. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy section. He is FMT kinesiology taping & IASTM certified. Brian completed the New York City marathon in 2004. He enjoys working out, running, spinning, skiing, sailboat racing, travel and great food. He is here to stay in Milford.

Brian is amazing. I like that he stays with you for the entire therapy session. He always wants to know how you are feeling and whether you are still experiencing discomfort (to what degree).

My experience with Brian & his team has been excellent. Brian is a very professional, knowledgeable & caring PT. I'm so grateful for all he has done for me while treating my injury. The reception staff are all professional & friendly which makes everyone comfortable during their appointments.
