She creates such a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space, making it easy to open up and explore even the most difficult emotions. Her deep knowledge of Internal Family Systems (IFS) has been invaluable in helping me understand and heal different parts of myself. Britany’s compassionate and insightful approach makes every session meaningful and transformative.
