My therapeutic work is focused in the areas of life transitions, eating disorders, artists/creatives, ADHD/rejection sensitivity, and the highly sensitive person (HSP) experience. I provide LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming care, and I continuously seek trainings and experiences to broaden my capabilities as a culturally competent therapist.
I enjoy helping clients to identify and express their feelings, get in tune with their needs and desires, and to build the confidence to unapologetically be themselves. And yes, sometimes this involves getting in touch with our sense of humor, too!
