Welcome to my practice! I am a Licensed Certified Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience providing mental health services. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland and hold a Certificate in Trauma Informed Care from the same institution. My background in Social Work and Counseling Psychology has given me a deep appreciation of how we are shaped by both nature and nurture. Through the lens of Cognitive Behavioral and Psychoanalytic psychotherapy, we will explore your unique history and learn to identify maladaptive thoughts and behavior patterns. New insights can lead to greater self-acceptance and positive life changes.
I provide a warm and accepting environment for adolescents and adults of all ages. In a trusting setting, I guide individuals and couples toward reaching their goals and life potential.
