Hello! Thanks for visiting my page. I have over twenty years of experience working in and around the Boston area as a LICSW. I'm also trained in EMDR and as a school social worker.
I hold an undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and a master's degree from Boston University. I have worked in a variety of settings including non-profit, public education (social worker and guidance counselor), and private practice.
I specialize in a variety of modalities including individual, group, couples, and family counseling with a CBT approach that includes talk therapy with all populations. I'm also EMDR certified and use this modality to help clients change their narratives after any loss, trauma, or grief. My approach is clear and direct with a tremendous amount of support and empathy. Interests include grief, anxiety, depression and results-focused work.
