Although I have only seen two other therapists in my life time, I can still say that I got lucky with being matched with Cherise. She is a great listener, judgement-free, and really dives into the “why” factor of the situations I have been through. Cherise also creates an environment where it is more conversational rather than one that feels like something is wrong with you or you are just talking AT your therapist rather than with them. Bottom line, I highly recommend Cherise as a therapist. She is great all around!
