Hi, I’m glad you’re here!
My name is Cheryl Noel, and I have years of experience in the field of behavioral health. I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from American International College and my Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University. I have worked in various roles, including as a Crisis Counselor, a Hospital ED Crisis Clinician during COVID-19, an Urgent Care Clinical Supervisor providing consultation on behavioral health emergency cases, and a Clinical Supervisor for a community behavioral health center.
As a Crisis Counselor, I provided support to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health crises through a 24-hour crisis phone line. I helped people navigate difficult situations, offered emotional support, and connected them with appropriate resources.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I worked as a Hospital ED Crisis Clinician, providing crisis intervention services to patients in the emergency department experiencing mental health crises. I also collaborated closely with hospital staff caring for the physical needs of clients.
As an Urgent Care Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Supervisor for a community behavioral health center, I provided therapy to clients and supervised a team of clinicians delivering mental health services in the community. I offered clinical supervision, training, and support to my team, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
