My focus areas include anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, relationship issues, and supporting BIPOC and immigrant communities. My approach My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I work collaboratively to explore values, strengthen self-awareness, and foster resilience and healing. The main theoretical approaches I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based interventions. I also integrate Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy, depending on client needs. My goal is to meet clients where they are, honor their experiences, and support meaningful, lasting change. My focus I specialize in working with underrepresented adults, immigrants, and children of immigrants navigating life transitions, identity exploration, and intergenerational trauma. I’m comfortable treating anxiety, depression, substance use, grief and loss, and relationship challenges. Many clients seek a space to feel understood and supported in healing past wounds while building a grounded, authentic future. My communication style My communication style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and culturally affirming space where clients feel comfortable showing up as their full selves.
