My commitment to you is to work to try to see and understand you and your experiences and create a safe place for you to work towards whatever type of growth you are looking for in considering starting therapy.
My approach
My work is rooted in harm reduction as the thread throughout everything I do, and working towards that by utilizing solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, CBT, and systems theory depending on what you connect with and what you are seeking support around.
My focus
My specialty is in working with those who use or are attempting to quit using substances, self-harm, depression/anxiety, work stress, family relationships, and suicidal thoughts.

I aim to create a collaborative and supportive environment in my work with clients. I want you to feel safe in being vulnerable and build trust.
My journey to therapy
I am passionate about mental health and the impact that supported self-reflection can have on someone's life. No one should have to live anything less than their best life and therapy is one of the pieces that can go into developing that for yourself. It is hard to create change alone, so by working together we can create that change.

I work to support clients in whatever goals they would like to see for their lives. I will never push a goal on you, instead work collaboratively to identify the vision you have for the future.
