Ciara is always excellent- very thorough & responsive. She has a very extensive knowledge & wide array of PT methods. I have been receiving PT off & on for 30 years. Ciara is one of the most competent therapists. She's fun.

Ciara joined the Forever Fit team as a Physical Therapist in 2015 after receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. She began her career at Forever Fit in 2010 working as a Physical Therapy Tech while pursuing her Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University Maryland, College Park and quickly learned to love working in the field. She believes
comprehensive intervention including manual treatment, exercises prescription and patient education is key to successful rehabilitation and progression toward self-management of injuries. She believes strongly in each individual's role in creating and maintaining their healthiest self and aims to provide assistance and education to help each patient achieve their goals. Ciara enjoys spending her free time playing with her dog, hiking and practicing yoga.
