She took enough time to listen to me about my symptoms and gave me enough explains what the possibilities she could think of for the reason. Also, she is with a great physical therapist so I could do physical therapy right after seeing her. It's very hard to find a doctor who takes enough time for one patient in NYC, but she's the one!

Dr. Chen received her medical degree from Sun Yat-Sen Medical University in China and completed her physical medicine and rehabilitation residency training at Albert Einstein Medical School, Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Following her residence training, Dr. Chen entered private practice where she has been working for more than 15 years. Currently, Dr. Chen is an Attending Physician at Mt. Sinai Beth Israel Hospital. Dr. Chen's experience in acute and chronic pain syndrome includes but is not limited to: muscle pain, neuralgia, and joint and spinal disease.
Dr. Chen is board-certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She is a fellow of the American College of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She is also a member of the American Medical Society and lifetime member of both the Chinese American Independent Practice Association and the Association of Chinese American Physicians.

Not sure why, but I was told my insurance didn't cover this visit and I would have to pay out of pocket. I have been using Anthem BCBS for some time now and my wife (I am under her insurance plan) was able to see Dr. Chen a while ago.
