Hello and thank you for visiting! Taking the steps in seeking therapy can be tedious. We often can feel vulnerable and intimidated by the process because opening up to someone we just met is never easy. This can be overwhelming but you are not alone. Together we can tailor your own individual plan so that you are able to overcome the obstacles you face and get you back to the life you deserve.
As a licensed social worker with experience assisting individuals with both mental health and addiction struggles. My practice approach is nonjudgmental and LGBTQ+ friendly.
Anyone and everyone is welcomed to see me. I operate on a sliding scale so that everyone is able to get the services they need. I understand that coming into an office setting is not for everyone; therefore, I can do home visits or telehealth. I want YOU to feel comfortable!
