My goal is to help each one of my clients work through challenging life situations and transitions, helping them establish their voice and healthy boundaries. I provide each client with a safe space to be their true selves, where they will feel supported and never alone. I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard and understood. I have a passion for working with individuals with anxiety, depression & mood disorders. I strive to help guide my clients towards empowering themselves, to take back control of their lives and become the best version of themselves possible.
My counseling style is open and compassionate. I quickly develop trusting therapeutic relationships with clients. I like to use a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on which works best for each client, as I believe that everyone is unique and should be treated as such.
I will help my client identify what it is they are struggling with and work on different coping skills, providing them the tools they will need to help achieve positive mental health and well-being. This will help the client take charge of their thoughts, feelings, and actions. Once this happens they become empowered and begin to thrive in all areas of life.
