Did not try to contact me in any way about my appointment. I sat at home waiting for a call, and I never got one. I tried calling her numerous numbers on different sites, and 0 answer. I left a voicemail too. Not cool because if someone was having a crisis, that could be their last straw not having a therapist show up to their own appointment. Unprofessional and inexcusable. It’s simple to communicate even if you accidentally overbook.
