UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. My patients often struggle with finding their worth due to poor self-esteem or past traumas. I enjoy working with them and being part of their growth and change as they discover their true purpose and begin to live their best lives. I am here to help you find your authentic self. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Howard University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively. In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and then explore the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
