Dry needling and an adjustment was all I needed for maintenance. Dry needling is new to me and it made a world of distance for my migraines!

Went in for lower back pain due to a bulging disc that occurred four days prior to the visit. Dr. David Anderson helped loosen up my stiffed back and I walked out feeling better than when I arrived. The staff there were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this clinic to friends and family.

More about David Anderson, PT

David received his bachelor's degree from Saint Olaf College in 2010 and his doctorate in physical therapy from Saint Catherine University in 2013. He became interested in physical therapy at a young age after a number of sports injuries resulted in positive physical therapy experiences. Realizing how helpful it can be in helping patients reach their goals, to return to their favorite activities, he was motivated to pursue a career in physical therapy. He believes that an individualized, patient centered approach is essential to quality care. Educating the patient and empowering them to take control of their treatment plan are an important part of this patient centered care. David uses a variety of manual therapy techniques including different types of soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization and manipulation, corrective and home exercises to address key components of flexibility, mobility and stability to fully address each patient's individual needs. David has been an avid runner and soccer player his entire life and continues to enjoy these activities regularly. He also enjoys cycling and traveling and spending time with his family.

He just didn't do much for my situation. It was obvious he was uninformed despite me calling to confirm he knew what to so with pinched nerve. He may be good for other condition but not mine

I tried dry needling for the first time today. I was very nervous, but David walked me through the process with a nice calm voice. My neck hasn’t felt this good in years!
I have seen Dr. David several times for hip pain. He has used the dry needling therapy and some stretching exercises, too, for my hip pain. Things improved after the first visit, and now after several treatments, my hip pain is nearly gone, my mobility has improved a lot and I am no longer walking with a limp. I am very thankful for the terrific treatment and solid plan toward improving my condition.

Very knowledgeable, answered my questions directly and to the point. Gave helpful hints on how to address my issues with at home exercises. I have scheduled another appointment.
Davis was very thorough and asked many questions to dial in the therapy to address areas of concern. He taught me ways to manage my pain flare ups and was extremely helpful.
