I received my degree specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I enjoy working with teens, college students, adults, couples and families.
My areas of focus include couples who are working through a relationship whether it is a marriage or a personal commitment and couples who have ended the relationship and are trying to co-parent effectively. Other areas of focus include working with families who are struggling as well as with individuals on a one to one basis. I offer an unbiased surrounding where you can feel safe while discussing intimate details about your personal journey throughout life. My approach to therapy is integrative with priority given to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I look forward to meeting with you and beginning this incredible transition together!
